The process was easy going, they bring you up to their social media floor and make you feel at ease. The interview is generally with two of the bosses, one advisor and a Seed representative. They ask you basic questions about your history, but also ask about your social media knowledge. They go through their process and have you sit with an advisor to give you more detail, who also has a say in your hiring. Overall it's a low key and low stress environment.
