Quick first interview that lasted 15 minutes then a follow up interview. During that first interview all was great and positive was even asked about salary requirement and that they wanted to move fast which I feel is a good sign. The followup was delayed quite a bit finally got the second interview. Was asked typical marketing questions the vibe of the interview was ok but there’s a sense of a meeting heavy work culture and potential micro managing. After the second interview I was passed up on. Hot and cold type of interview process is not a good look.

I applied online and had a video interview with a company Vice President in February 2022. I was told that they would contact me in the following week or so with next steps. After a few weeks passed without any contact, I emailed the company twice over a 2-week period. I never received a response from the company...basically, ghosted. My interview experience with this company was very unprofessional.
