I made it through three rounds of interviews and was ghosted. First round was a phone screen. Second round was a fairly involved take home exercise that assessed excel skills and data analysis. Third round was an interview with the hiring manager. Compensation wasn't discussed until the third round and the range is below market for a Head of Support role. By the third round I knew it wasn't a fit - I wasn't able to establish a rapport with the person I'd report to and just wasn't interested in the company or the role. I would've declined an offer, but that doesn't matter. It's unprofessional to ghost a candidate who has made it through three rounds of interviews. Based on other reviews, it seems like this is a pattern.
