Interviewer kept me waiting for over an hour. Then proceeded to leave the interview multiple times to take phone calls. Interview was conducted on Friday 19 January with the request to provide schedule information, and an answer to be provided within the week. I had to follow up multiple times, and never received an offer OR a rejection. Just a couple of messages to say they would get back to me, and never did. The absolute disregard for my time is disgraceful, and I would certainly never agree to work for a business like this again. For context, I am an experienced Area Manager, so do understand that time pressure can be a factor, but I have never treated a candidate like this.
