Entrevista
I recieved a phone call the day of the interview and they wanted to reschedule for two days later. My first interview went well and went in a week later for another interview. I got there 15 minutes early and the manager doing the interview was 15 minutes late!!! I encountered two female managers before meeting with the manager doing the interview, and all they were doing was talking badly about another co-worker!!! The guy doing the interview seemed annoyed he had to take time to meet with me. I thought it went well but obviously not too well, I didn't get the job!!! O-Well...they're loss!!
Took like 20 mins. Very easy but questions seemed random. It also seemed like management had no idea they had interviews scheduled cuz there were several of us waiting for a long time
The interview process can vary depending on the company and position, but here’s a general idea of what to expect:
1. Application Review: After applying, they’ll review your resume. If they’re interested, you’ll get a call or email to set up an interview.
2. Phone/Video Interview: A lot of places do an initial screening over the phone or via video call. They’ll ask about your background, why you're interested in the job, and how your skills fit the role. It’s usually a casual chat, but make sure to prepare by knowing the company and job description.
3. In-Person Interview: If you pass the initial screening
Fill application form to apply and wait few days before submitting it to the company. Had to provide personal documents and references from previous employers. Initially was interviewed on a phone.
