I interviewed with assistant manager and operations manager. Then they gave me a call back asking if I wanted to start that week. I started a couple days after the interview

What are your strengths you would bring to the company
Took like 20 mins. Very easy but questions seemed random. It also seemed like management had no idea they had interviews scheduled cuz there were several of us waiting for a long time

Fill application form to apply and wait few days before submitting it to the company. Had to provide personal documents and references from previous employers. Initially was interviewed on a phone.
