applied online than 2 days later i received a phone call to set an interview date for the next day. showed up to the interview 5 min early. I waited 30 min before the first man called me in to interview me everybody was nice, friendly and funny explained the job in great detail . After being interviewed by the head of cashiers i was later interviewed by his manager she then asked me a couple of question [how did a deal with an angry customer. how did i follow with the procedures, availability etc]. i then was interviewed with the the store manger he just went through my answers and asked him many hours, the hourly wage etc. and then i interviewed with another who offer me the job. so interviewed with 4 people in one day and got the job starting next week :)

Pregunta 1
when did you have to follow procedures from previous job?
Took like 20 mins. Very easy but questions seemed random. It also seemed like management had no idea they had interviews scheduled cuz there were several of us waiting for a long time
The interview process can vary depending on the company and position, but here’s a general idea of what to expect:
1. Application Review: After applying, they’ll review your resume. If they’re interested, you’ll get a call or email to set up an interview.
2. Phone/Video Interview: A lot of places do an initial screening over the phone or via video call. They’ll ask about your background, why you're interested in the job, and how your skills fit the role. It’s usually a casual chat, but make sure to prepare by knowing the company and job description.
3. In-Person Interview: If you pass the initial screening
Fill application form to apply and wait few days before submitting it to the company. Had to provide personal documents and references from previous employers. Initially was interviewed on a phone.
