Entrevista
Applied online, took their assessment test, passed and was prompted to schedule myself an interview online. Unfortunately there were no times available but I was still called within a week asking if I could come in to interview. When I arrived I was told to go to HR office which was very hectic and disorganized and waited a long time before they go around to interviewing me. The interview consisted of 2 1:1 back to back on that same day although I asked other trainees who were there if they got both interviews on the same day and they said no. First interview I was taken to a board and shown their expectations with opening up cards and rewards programs for the store then to a room and was asked situational questions. Second interview was in a different room and I was asked situational questions again. Overall the process was extremely easy and I received the offer the same day but they are desperate for people to gain the money back they lost due to renovations and struggle in sales. Unfortunately I really need a job and I accepted the offer but they literally said that if I didn't open up enough cards and rewards programs I would be reprimanded and my hours would be cut down to nothing! Will be looking for another job and just use this one to hold me down for a few days.

Name a time you made a mistake and were held accountable for. What did you learn?
Took like 20 mins. Very easy but questions seemed random. It also seemed like management had no idea they had interviews scheduled cuz there were several of us waiting for a long time
The interview process can vary depending on the company and position, but here’s a general idea of what to expect:
1. Application Review: After applying, they’ll review your resume. If they’re interested, you’ll get a call or email to set up an interview.
2. Phone/Video Interview: A lot of places do an initial screening over the phone or via video call. They’ll ask about your background, why you're interested in the job, and how your skills fit the role. It’s usually a casual chat, but make sure to prepare by knowing the company and job description.
3. In-Person Interview: If you pass the initial screening
Fill application form to apply and wait few days before submitting it to the company. Had to provide personal documents and references from previous employers. Initially was interviewed on a phone.
