El proceso duró 2 días. Acudí a una entrevista en Sears en may 2012
Entrevista
I did the online assessment and got to the screen where I had to select an interview time. I picked a time for the next day and got ready. When I got to Sears and finally found the human resources officer I asked a guy who appeared completely lost about where I should sit for my interview. He directed me to a small dingy hallway where I waited for an HOUR and never saw anyone. Nobody spoke to me and when I asked, I was met with shrugged shoulders and confused glances. This place is so disorganized and I wouldn't want to work for them.

Took like 20 mins. Very easy but questions seemed random. It also seemed like management had no idea they had interviews scheduled cuz there were several of us waiting for a long time
The interview process can vary depending on the company and position, but here’s a general idea of what to expect:
1. Application Review: After applying, they’ll review your resume. If they’re interested, you’ll get a call or email to set up an interview.
2. Phone/Video Interview: A lot of places do an initial screening over the phone or via video call. They’ll ask about your background, why you're interested in the job, and how your skills fit the role. It’s usually a casual chat, but make sure to prepare by knowing the company and job description.
3. In-Person Interview: If you pass the initial screening
Fill application form to apply and wait few days before submitting it to the company. Had to provide personal documents and references from previous employers. Initially was interviewed on a phone.
