Entrevista
It took about a month for the company to reply back to my application. Everyone I spoke to was nice and professional, only had to wait a few minutes to start my interview. It was to the point, had the interview with the manager himself. He had asked a couple of questions including "When was there a time where I had helped someone in significant trouble, and how did I do it". Basically questions of how capable I am on hand. It took about 15-20 minutes and by the end I was accepted.

What was the most difficult experience you had ever had to deal with, and how did you deal with it?
Took like 20 mins. Very easy but questions seemed random. It also seemed like management had no idea they had interviews scheduled cuz there were several of us waiting for a long time
The interview process can vary depending on the company and position, but here’s a general idea of what to expect:
1. Application Review: After applying, they’ll review your resume. If they’re interested, you’ll get a call or email to set up an interview.
2. Phone/Video Interview: A lot of places do an initial screening over the phone or via video call. They’ll ask about your background, why you're interested in the job, and how your skills fit the role. It’s usually a casual chat, but make sure to prepare by knowing the company and job description.
3. In-Person Interview: If you pass the initial screening
Fill application form to apply and wait few days before submitting it to the company. Had to provide personal documents and references from previous employers. Initially was interviewed on a phone.
