The interview process for Scribe was unlike any I've experienced. They are serious about screening for culture fit, and for good reason! The tribe is a group of wonderful people who truly support one another and trust is such a huge component of that. I feel like being able to be honest with yourself is the biggest pre-requisite for tribe members. A lot of the questions I received were an exploration of who I am as a person, how I approach problems and issues, what has my journey been in life--definitely not typical. I loved it and loved the people I spoke with and knew immediately that I'd found my tribe.
