I found the interview process very relaxed and enjoyable. On the website there is a detailed section on each stage of the interview process and that made it easier to prepare for. Overall a really well structed interview process.

The interview process was quick yet thorough. I was quickly moved through to the next stages with no anxious waiting around to see if I'd been successful to get through to the next stage. I met a lot of people from scout across the interview stages which was great as you could really get a feel for the company culture. I was put at ease straight away at all stages of the interviews, everyone was very friendly!
