Interview is pretty standard. There is normally 2 interviews. First interview will be with the direct head of department for which your position will report to. This will consist of the standard technical questions (depending on what role you are applying for) and personality questions (to see how you fit into the role). Should you get pass that first interview, your second interview will normally be with the department head itself who will just confirm on overall whether you are suitable to work in the position.
