Entrevista
there was an initial interview with the HR where they talk about the expected salary and your location preferences. Then they ask a few very basic questions. Based on your answers you are selected for the second round. The second round is technical and a group of 3 or 4 senior employees take the interview. The technical round is through and they ask you questions about specific areas from your resume and then a few general questions.

Went to hiring event. They talked about my resume. Then one guy asked some basic technical questions. He asked about an RC circuit, Thevenin equivalent, and the transistor curves. He said he couldn’t ask role specific questions at the hiring event.

Had a initial screening call from the manager. He asked few questions about me and then few technical questions in the call itself. Next was a full hour online interview with a panel of technical team (4-5).

The interview process is made up of three stages.
A phone interview that asks very basic electronics questions based on the role you're applying for and some roleplay questions to see how you handle colleagues and conflict.
The second interview will be over the computer (at least during covid) where you will interview with the hiring manager of the team and a few of your potential co-workers. This is a chance to meet your future team and learn about what they do. Compared to the original phone screen, this is usually very technically heavy and they'll ask you questions on anything you claim to know on your resume.
The third stage is an on-site interview that normally takes the whole day. You are expected to give a 20 to 30 minute technical presentation on a past project and will then be grilled on standard hardware questions on a white board by the entire team. Depending on the position, this technical portion might be 1 to 3 hours long. You will then meet with a higher level manager who will ask behavioral questions and finally you will meet with an HR rep for a benefits review.

In the on site interview I was given op amp, BJT, digital timing, and State Theory questions. In a different interview they showed me a circuit and asked me to analyze it and theorize about its purpose.
