I am really sorry that your experience at Schultes did not match our intention of being the best. Our interview process is rather extensive and we do not make any apologies on that front because we strive for a great match between candidate and the job being interviewed for. There are several areas we must consider, apart from work experience, including commitment and personality to list a few. SPM looks for people of high caliber of skill sets but SPM will never close the door on candidates that display a true sense of leadership, troubleshooting abilities and an engaging personality. When you say that you are concerned about being deceived from what is labeled-out in the Job Description that is very concerning to me. SPM is very committed to creating a comfortable and transparent environment, inside the company as well as our public image on the outside, so I am disappointed to hear about how you perceived the job description to be something different from how we delivered the job description. I do hope that you did have a few items cleared-up by joining us for the Working Interview though. Lastly, again, I am sorry that the interview did not turnout favorable for you. You applied to SPM and were not chosen and that is never easy on the candidate side, I know. The Company did and will continue to reach out to potential talented people, like yourself, but SPM will continue to stay very proactive on our hiring practices to ensure all applicants are appreciated, that our brand stays reputable as a precision CNC machine shop of the highest standards, and that our employee retention is secure at all time.
