First phone interview went exceptionally well. Spent an hour on the phone. Thought they were going to hire me on the spot. Set me up with second phone interview with hiring manager the very next day. Second interviewer was unprofessional and rude. She spent 10 min on the phone with me, insulted my resume, and told me she had all she needed to know. It felt as though she already had someone in mind for the job and was only talking to me as a formality. I felt discriminated against.
