Phone interview and then interview with CEO. Run don’t walk away. CEO showed up very late, and only talked about herself for 20 minutes and said I’d be a great fit. Talked about “her ideas” and “her vision” which isn’t a good look for anyone who wants to contribute their ideas and their vision.
