A very nice candidate experience. The entire process took 2 weeks divided in 7 steps: -First interview with a Talent Acquisition where we discussed about my background and skills as well as some information provided about the role and the company -2nd step was an assessment to do in 3 days -Panel interview with feedback about the assessment. We went more into the details with technical questions and background -3rd interview with the VP of Sales -4th interview with the CEO -Reference check -Final interview with a Talent Acquisition with an offer All the person I've met were very nice and understanding, they trully care about you as a person and keen to discover who you are. They manage to make you feel important as a candidate which is a very good! During the entire process, the TA team was easy to talk to and answering every question you had. They also gave you good details about the position and the company as well as some tips to be fully prepared.

Entrevista
I had an interview with a recruiter who asked general questions about my past experiences and expectations, then with the Sales Director and SDR lead (I'm not sure about the exact title). They asked more detailed questions about my sales experience. The third interview was with the region SDR leads. They asked even more detailed questions about how I reached out to prospects and what results I got. Every interview started with the question about my past experience and then we'd dive deeper into why I left my previous position, what achievements I had in sales etc
