Entrevista
Began with me sending resume to blind post to the screening agency - Princeton One. This was followed by a phone conversation with the Sargento HR then SVP of Marketing. Later interview at their offices with about 6-8 team members. Throughout the process everyone was extremely professional and accommodating. They never felt you feel uncomfortable in any way.

Pregunta 1
Very straight forward questions trying to get a handle on your understanding of the discipline and your ability to be successful in the role. Questions focused on strengths, weaknesses, etc but seemed to want to understand if you could fit in their culture. There were not any sort of cute or uncomfortable questions.
