I applied online on a Monday and got a call a few days later to perform an interview. Since this was going to be a new store opening, the interview was at a local Ugg store. I was interviewed by two assistant managers. The first question was what do you know about the company. I answered and then he proceeded to tell me a bit more. They asked me about previous work experience, why I wanted to work here, and what I would do in different situations. All of this took less than 15 minutes.
