The interview felt like a conversation and the questions were primarily motivational. First, I did a brief self-introduction and the interviewer asked motivational questions. Then we talked mostly about previous internship experience and future path of development.

Since I applied to a position I have never done before, they asked my understanding of the position, why I want to take this position, and what qualifications I have that match the position. When interviewed by the department head, she also asked if I knew what was happening in the specific industry she follows.
