Typical three step process. First is a phone interview form HR or a recruiter. Second step is a face to face interview with the hiring manager. If you make it this far, you'll probably be asked to come back for the third step. They consider this a panel interview, and let you know there will be other's in the interview with you. What they don't tell you is that competing candidates will be in the same interview. Very competitive environment.
