Structured and insightful. I found that the HR recruiter is organized and prompt but they could leverage more in understanding and listening to their candidates first to ensure a perfect match of the job and skillset.
Virtual recruitment due to COVID 19. Quick and efficient process. Recruiter is prompt and communicative. Most of questions are technical.
There were 2 interview rounds. Good interview experience in general.
