The process was 3 steps; first interview with the HR, then interview with the curriculum head, and lastly interview with the principal. The process was fast actually. Unless there are holidays or long breaks.

First contact is HR on messenger followed by interview also with HR whose understanding of the job is highly limited. It’s only the second interview that’s done by academics so it’s a bit of wasting time before you reach there
