I was recently interviewed by Salem Media Group for a Sales Internship opportunity. This interview process took place over the course of several weeks after I made contact with the group at a hiring fair. After meeting and passing on my resume to a rep at the fair, I was invited to attend an event with comped tickets. At the event I met others from the organization and got a feel for the sort of productions Salem puts on. Later, I reached out again to the rep who met with me and indicated I wished to be an active candidate for the internship experience. About a month after this I conducted a phone interview with the General Sales Manager and a day later had an in-person interview experience. Several weeks after that I was asked to come in again for a second interview. Following that interview, I was officially brought on board a month later and am now in the opening stages of my new internship with Salem Media Group!
