Thorough phone interview followed by thorough in person interview with multiple therapists. Staff were polite, friendly, and well organized. It was clear to me that they had spent time looking over my resume and were prepared ahead of time with questions specific to me. Following the interview I was asked to shadow a therapist. They were professional, polite, and helpful at answering my questions. After the interview I was told that they were interviewing a number of individuals for the position. I have not been offered a position at this time.
