I applied online.Process took about 2 weeks.First was telephonic with HR.Second with Team Lead.It took about 30 mins and final with Manager that was about 1 hour 15 mins long. Good for fresher. No benefits. No increments. No other activities for employees growth.

I got call to attend interview process at Pune office.Interview process was simple. First one was written test which had different sections. In first one multiple choice questions on testing basics, SDLC , STLC, etc. You can prepare for this using ISTQB mock questions.Its easy if you know testing basics. Second was theoretical question to explain Defect life cycle , Software Test Life Cycle. One maths question on price and discounts. Last one was to write test cases for a screen shot which was having 3 buttons turn off, stand by and restart. After this written round F2F technical round was there.
