The process started off with an informal conversation with their Senior Tax Manager in the Bristol office, with a second stage interview with both the Senior Tax Manager and Director on more technical questions. Both were great people, who were easy to speak to and fair in their assessment. However, after dedicating a great deal of time and resources to the application - like travel to Bristol from London for the role, there was no communication at all on the outcome of the process. After investing so much into the application, I would have at least appreciated communication on the outcome.

First stage informal, Second stage formal but still casual and relaxed. Made to feel at ease. Enjoyable process. Done virtually. Very quick process, would recommend to others. Recruiter fast to respond too.
