The interview process had a number of steps, I went onsite and the people there were extremely personable and nice. However, I was quite displeased with the recruiter interactions. Follow-up wasn't great, her connection was always bad/hard to hear, and they were not very friendly. If you interview for this job they expect you to be able to know the software well enough to present it in the interviews. It seems like they're looking for a unicorn to fill this role since it has been open for quite some time.
