This was a pretty simple process, I stopped by the branch call center in Columbus because I had seen an add that said now hiring, they said must have business attire on in order to fill out an application, because if they like your application they will pull you back for immediate interviews. They liked my application and job references and pulled me back for a quick typing quiz and then a quiz that makes sure you can adequately navigate a computer. Upon passing these they will have you take a mock phone call and then ask you a few questions about the company. If they see you fit they will offer the job right then.
