Applied online, and had a phone interview the very next day, overall the process took one week. Interview was conducted via video conference with the manager who was in London, was very different from what I was used to and it did throw me off slightly. Unfortunately did not get position, but they did give me feedback as to why I didn't get position which I found to be refreshingly honest and they where quick in telling me I would not be going forward with them.
