I applied online and attached a resume and cover letter. Several days later, I heard back from a recruiter. A phone interview was scheduled. After the phone interview, an in-person interview was scheduled.

Three step interview, first interview was phone call virtual for the second interview, in person for third and final interview. HR team members take awhile to return phone calls / respond to emails. Everyone has been friendly.
