I was called for an interview for Fund Accountant job by phone. I was referred by one the staff in the company. The interview was all about introducing myself and I did brief about my previous experience and employment. The interviewer did ask my knowledge about fund accounting and my reason to work in the company. The interviewer also vet through my certificates and asked me to brief on it and the interviewer also brief me about the company and job role of a Fund Accountant. Within a week of the interview I was called to join as a Fund Accountant.
Straight to the point asked general interview questions regarding your work history and then explained about the company. The interview process was not had at all. The interview process was not had at all.

The IV process is pretty smooth. I had a call with the recruiter for the details and the recruiter will schedule the IV with manager/directors. It's only have 1 round IV.

Terrible. The second interview never happened that was supposed to be right after the first one. Unprofessional in my opinion to not even show up for the interview and I waited there till 30 minutes after. I wasted my time applying, waiting for the interview not to be completed.
