Beware of this company. The interview reviews from 2019-2022 are accurate, contrary to what SPM might say for damage control. I responded to the job posting on their website via email (as requested). Someone responded a few days later and set up an interview. The first interview went great (or so I thought). At the end of the interview, they told me they'd follow up with next steps. Shortly after, I received confirmation for another round. The second round, which involved 4 employees, also went great (or so I thought). They ended with the same song and dance. "[Employee Name] will follow up with next steps." I never did hear back from them. I found out that I didn't get the job when one of the employees who interviewed me posted that SPM was looking for an apprentice. Right after our interview. Turns out, they weren't looking for a current student or recent graduate with minimal experience. They didn't genuinely want to invest in someone by providing hands-on training. They wanted someone with close to 10 years of experience for an entry-level job. 5 years and they're still doing applicants dirty. I'm just glad I never had to show up to the office like the "liars" of the past.
