the first usually begins with a one-on-one interview with a hiring manager. The interviewer typically asks questions about the candidate's qualifications, skills, work history and relevant experience. They also try to determine if a candidate would be a good fit for the company culture.
Quick, friendly, straightforward in terms of job description and expected responsibilities. Received a tour of the shop to show the daily workings. Left feeling confident and informed. Response was received very shortly afterwards awarding me the position.

Kennenlernen, Fragen zu meiner Person, Fragen bzgl. der Erwartungshaltung, fragen zur Motivation wurden gestellt. Insgesamt war es sehr angenehm und man wurde sehr gut abgeholt zu den Themen. Es geht viel auch darum seine Motivation zum Ausdruck zu bringen.
