It was easy and went well. nterview questions could be designed to assess how well a candidate understands and prioritizes customer needs, listens and responds to feedback, builds relationships, and continuously seeks improvement in customer service. It was mostly behavioural round. Most of the questions were based on STAR model.

The interview process was one hour long. The interviewers were friendly and reasonable in their interview questions. The interview was hosted on Zoom due to the global pandemic. There were two interviewers in the interview.
