Very good. Asked lots of questions about the business and the role. Friendly and responsive. The offer was good, but I decided not to go ahead as the travel was far to and from work.

Interview was formal, managed to negotiate my required salary with confidence and it was negotiated higher. Managed to answer all questions, to cover my anxiety threw some humour and jokes. That helped as it made me more comfortable.
