Initially, during the interview with the HR representative, she requested a specific time for a call, but she called late, keeping me waiting for 20 minutes while I was in the middle of a conference, then proceeded to speak with me for 25 minutes. After three days, I was informed of an interview with the hiring manager, who assured me I would hear back early the following week. Given that I was in the final stages with another company, I requested feedback but received none. I waited until the following week to ask again and was simply ignored. Despite sending an email as I needed to respond to another company's offer, I received no response. It's not worth your time; SOLV pays poorly, the employees lack professionalism, and they treat you with utter disregard. Don't waste your time; the way they handle the hiring process speaks volumes about the company.
