Relaxed interview process. Company really is looking for culture fit, so they are very up front with responsibilities and pay. Initial interview was with the owner, mainly behavioral questions with only a couple of technical questions (position is considered very entry level with this company). Second round of interviews were with three different members of their company. I believe this was again to see if you would mesh well with their current team. Second interview was more technical and the interviewers were very polite with giving additional information on questions asked.
