I had an initial HR interview which was really pleasant and comfortable. The next step was a 1-week technical assessment project. After that, I had a technical interview. The final stage was another technical assessment project( It wasn't too difficult). I was made to understand I did very well in the process, but another candidate was a better fit for the role.
