Interviews were all conducted over the phone, which was convenient since I was working full time at the time. The recruiter was very accomodating and easy to get a hold of although she did seem like a car salesperson at times, always trying to "close the deal." I never saw the office or anyone that worked there until my first day of work - which was kind of scary.
