- Phone screener was about 15 minutes, it was very honest and transparent; laid out all the options and dealbreakers. - Video interview was about 60 minutes. It was inspiring and hopeful. The owner and the interviewer were both very engaging and happy, they asked really challenging questions that made you think and were completely up front about expectations.
