My first interview was a Skype interview. I didn't believe it when other reviews said the recruiter was rude, but now I do. The only good review was from months ago, but it seems like their standards have dropped drastically. I was very unimpressed by the recruiter - was rude, did not seem to care. Left me a very bad impression of the job itself & the company. Did not ask me a lot about my own experiences, I had to ask questions instead, but then my questions were put down. Would always cut me off when I wanted to talk, almost felt like we were fighting to talk over each other at one point. One piece of advice: Do not look down on people - I'm sure you have been in their position before at one point in your life. Try to be nicer to people because you're the first face of the company. The only plus side is that the recruiter was clear right from the start in emphasizing that the Business Development Associate is a complete sales position - funny how Sales = Business Development (probably to attract more people), but at least the honesty was there.

Phone Interview with Recruiter was relatively as you'd expect. Once the company was interested, it was not long before getting some time on the schedule to chat. Moreover, the recruiter was very receptive to questions I had along the way; about both the company and the hiring process.

Q: Tell me what you've been doing over the past few years + tell about your sales cycle?
Was multiple Video interviews with an onsite to cap. Everyone along the way was very clear about next steps during the process, and exceptionally friendly and welcoming. Great experience to interview, and I would imagine work for. Things did not align for me, however I would highly recommend the company.

The interview process was very straight-forward. I had a phone interview with their recruiter to discuss my previous role and proceeded to learn about what SADA is and what they do. The second round was a video interview via Hangouts with my future boss to discuss my role further, career challenges I've overcome, and the technicalities of the products/services they offer. I was subtly tested in my current understanding of cloud technology, but my potential to understand learn even more. My final interview was with the team to discuss these topics in greater depth and give a presentation on a technology of choice. I chose to give a presentation on G Suite. I actually had a great time interviewing with them because I love technology in general, but I will fully acknowledge that this may be somewhat challenging for someone that has no interest in cloud technology.
