First we got a phone call asking questions about ourselves and our experiences. Once you got through you are invited to a large group interview/brief training session at the office. They are so nice and friendly and it was great to learn about the company. I felt really welcome! After that, you will hear from them by email in a week or two if you received the position and what trip you are placed on depending on your availability.
