I was interviewed for Beaumanor Care Home, a part of the Rushcliffe group, By the Manager Lyn Peach, she was polite and made me feel instantly at ease, she explained that the home was very much like a family and it didnt feel like a formal procedure at all, more like friends meeting up and discussing future plans, all in all it was very pleasant and enjoyable.
