I interviewed for a Senior M365 Engineer role focused on Microsoft 365, security, and Copilot rollout. The technical interview itself was fair and aligned to the job, with questions about my experience planning and governing M365 and Copilot deployments. However, after completing the interview and being told I was a strong candidate, communication dropped off and I never received a clear update or closure on the role. That lack of follow‑through was disappointing and made the overall experience feel unprofessional.
