Very easy process... I brought a physical resume/CL to the shop and was called in for an interview a day later. My interview was very short and I was asked basic questions (strengths, weaknesses, etc.). I was offered the job and came back the next day to begin training.

Quick and easy. Interview lasted approximately 10mins. I was also offered lunch and a drink afterwards. Casual work dress acceptable for interview.
Interviewer asked all pertinent questions regarding knowledge of restaurant experience and was very friendly.
