Applied through my school's career fair where I spoke with a manager from a local store. Through talking about my resume and past experience I was told I should hear back in three weeks for the first round of interviews at my school. I was then contacted to interview at my school. The interview was a hour and split into two 30 minute sessions with a single store manager for each. They go through a set of behavior questions and are very engaging. No surprise questions. After this set of interviews I was contacted...within a week from the Orlando office to set up an interview at a store. At this interview you meet with an HR manager and another store manager for 30 minutes or so, where they go through very similar set of situation/behavior questions that were in the first round. After this you meet with THE hiring manager in her office and go through a final page of questions, again behavioral. Talk about your availability and when you're semester ends. I was told I'd hear back within two weeks (once they finished this final round.) Which I did and got an offer.
