Entrevista
I only had one interview which was very laid back. The hiring manager was very funny and he made the interview very easy. He even interrupted our interview session to make jokes at a current employee. After the interview process he asked me if I would be able to start that day. I was so excited being that that was my first job offer. I told him yes and he asked me to come back in around five and I would begin.

Very awkward over all, they kept trying to 'trick' me by changing up certain words and seeing if id catch the change in the question. Also put you on some super old school website training.

The interview process at Ross Dress for Less consisted of meeting with a store manager to discuss my customer service experience, cash handling skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment. I was asked situational questions about handling customers, teamwork, and resolving problems. The process was straightforward and focused on my availability, work ethic, and ability to support store operations

Fast and easy! They mainly asked about my previous work experiences and my availability. They also asked what great customer service is like to you and why I would be a good fit to the company.
