There were three 20 minute interviews with various members of HR and corporate team. HR professionals were very nice and helpful. Asked various questions pertaining to both the fashion industry, as well as more behavioral questions such as "how well do you work in groups", "what was a problem you encountered working with a group" etc.

Relaxed interview via Skype call. Recruiter interviewed me via Skype in their home. I was asked about my course load, my interest in the Retail field, as well as why I wanted to complete the externship. Was about 20 minutes long.
